New Tenant

Soozi and Bobbi are excited to have worked with the landlord on their newest tenant at 7260 Las Vegas Blvd! FMLV is an incredible hair salon that leased 1,923 +/- SF within this small 10,000 sf outparcel building located within the Las Vegas Outlet Mall.

The current tenant’s in the building include Fed/Ex, Samauri Sams, Subway, a Nail Salon and a Liquor Store.
